Currently, The Black Italian only offers to-go delivery service.  However, we will be hosting occasional pick-up dinners from a satellite location and will be moving into a to-go restaurant location in Spring of 2015”)

“No, The Black Italian will create a menu for you worry free at no charge!”

What if I have a budget?  “The Black Italian can work with your budget!

Programs

Do you provide loyalty or referral programs?

“Yes!  Please contact us for more information on these programs including our Pharmaceutical and Customer Service Representative Program.”

What other discounts do you offer?

“The Black Italian will provide a discount to all church, charitable and non-profit organizations.  We also provide discounts for family and children related events.  Please inquire within!”

Order

Do you provide serving ware?

“Serving ware is complimentary provided by The Black Italian when requested.

Do you provide other complimentary items?

“The Black Italian provides starlight mints complimentary for your guests with every order.  Orders of $500 or more will receive Andes Candes Mints.  The Black Italian also provides hand sanitize with each order!”

What are delivery and service fees?

“Delivery and Service Fees include but are not limited to delivery location, order size and basic set-up.  These fees may or may not include: Eating Ware, Drink Ware, Disposable Chafers and Sternos.

Is there a minimum to order?


Can I order something I had from the menu before but is no longer on the menu?

“The Black Italian can accommodate special menu requests, including previously featured chef specials per current season market pricing.  Sign up to receive our emails for current chef specials!

Payments

What form of payments do you accept?

“Currently we accept all major credit cards (except Discover), checks, cash and ACH.  There may be a credit card processing fee added on credit card payments.  There is a $50 insufficient funds fee plus late fees accrued on all returned checks.”

When is payment due?

“All balances are due prior or immediately upon delivery, unless other arrangements have been made with The Black Italian Management.”

How much notice do you need?

“The Black Italian kindly requests a 48-72 hour notice on all orders; however, we may be able to accommodate an order provided 24 hours in advance if we have the ability to do so.  We do recommend the earlier notice, the better so we can put your date on the books!”

Is there a deposit required?

“A 50% non-refundable deposit may be required.”

Cancellation Policy: “If you have paid your non-refundable deposit, there is a $30 or 10% of your balance cancellation fee assessed if you cancel the day of the event.  If you have not paid a deposit, there is a $30 or 10%* cancellation fee assessed upon a 24 hour or lesser cancellation notice.” *The greater amount of the two.”
